Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

PayPal does not require an account to make a purchase. If your credit/debit cards are already secured by a PayPal account they will ask you to login to make the purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. Payment are processed by our payment partner PayPal.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of £1.50 postage per order via Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

When will my order ship?

We send out orders Monday – Friday as long as the post office isn’t shut for a public holiday.

Does you offer international shipping?

Currently we are only able to ship to addresses in the UK.

What’s your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order but if for some reason you are not, we are happy to exchange or refund any items that are in a resalable condition. Get in touch via the contact tab at the top of this page.

What will you do with my information?

We take security of our customers information very seriously. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
